Robots that belong in the real world.
We build and integrate humanoid and service robots for public spaces, hospitals, offices and events. Motion, perception and voice in one stack, with deployment on real floors among real people.
What Vandri Robotics delivers
We connect physical robots, intelligent software and on-site execution into one service. Clients can start with an event demonstration and then transition to permanent deployments in offices, hospitals or public spaces.
Robots for people spaces.
We work with humanoid and service robot platforms like Unitree, UBTECH and Keenon. We help select hardware based on space, tasks and budget, then integrate the fleet and handle operation and maintenance.
- +Platform selection and procurement
- +Physical integration and charging
- +Basic safety and compliance
Motion and voice in one brain.
The software stack covers navigation, environmental awareness and natural communication. Robots move through real floor plans, understand speech in noisy spaces and follow clear behavioral rules.
- +Mapping and navigation
- +Voice interaction and dialogue
- +Behavior logic and escalation
From pilot to daily routine.
We design the pilot, train staff and adjust the system until robots become a normal part of the day. Clients get data on interactions, issues and improvements.
- +Use case design and pilot planning
- +On-site installation and training
- +Monitoring and iterative improvements
Where our robots work today
Public offices
Robots greet visitors, answer basic questions, help find the right desk and collect simple data. Staff spend more time solving actual cases, reception flow becomes more organized.
Hospitals and clinics
Robots help patients and visitors find departments, explain basic procedures and relieve reception areas and corridors during peak times.
Tourism and culture
Robots greet guests, present exhibitions, answer multilingual questions and create memorable moments that people share.
Events and campaigns
Robots support presentations, trade shows and campaigns. Each event serves as a testing ground that accelerates preparation for permanent deployments.
Typical pilot outcomes
- +Hundreds of interactions per day per robot
- +Shorter queues at information points
- +Higher employee satisfaction at busy desks
How the stack behaves
We integrate three layers so the robot can stand among people in a space and operate with clear rules.
Motion layer: maps and paths.
The robot builds and updates a map of the environment, plans paths, avoids obstacles and follows local space rules. We set speed, safety distances and safety zones based on each location.
Perception and voice: seeing and listening.
Microphones, cameras and sensors feed the perception layer. The system filters noise, tracks nearby people, listens to speech and detects when a person expects a response.
Behavior layer: rules and escalation.
Behavior logic determines action in every situation: respond, ask a clarifying question, hand off to a team member, move out of the way. Each behavior pattern is tied to clear rules, logs and operational boundaries.
Technical trust
We use standard, verifiable components and document every deployment. Clients have visibility into what runs where and who manages each part of the system. Documentation includes basic architecture diagram, space settings description, list of integrations, and support regime description.

Robot Platform
Built in Ljubljana. Deployed across Europe.
Vandri Robotics is a unit of Vandri, a Slovenian company focused on safe, human-scale AI infrastructure. We design, integrate and operate robots for public and private spaces.
The team combines robotics, artificial intelligence, product work and operations. We build for environments where robots and people share the same surface: offices, hospitals, public institutions, tourist sites, industrial campuses and events.
Every deployment follows clear rules on data, behavior and accountability. We operate from Slovenia with European partners and suppliers, with long-term reliability as the main priority.
Safeguards by design
- Clear boundaries on data collection and use
- Transparent interaction and behavior logs
- Human escalation as always-available path for complex cases
Vandri Robotics is part of the broader Vandri vision: building European AI infrastructure that stays human-scale, transparent and accountable.

The first Slovenian humanoid "colleague"
Jože is the first Slovenian humanoid "colleague". Through him we test people's reactions in stores, offices, media and on the streets. Each experiment brings data and lessons that improve robot behavior in future deployments.
