Humanoid Robot Tonka Holds Live Conversation with Croatian Prime Minister in Zagreb
Tonka spoke live with Prime Minister Andrej Plenković at the National Council for Digital Transformation in Zagreb.

A real exchange, not a staged demo
Our humanoid robot Tonka spoke live with the Prime Minister of Croatia, Andrej Plenković, at the National Council for Digital Transformation in Zagreb. For our entire team, it was a proud milestone.
This was not a staged demonstration but a real, spontaneous exchange, curiosity on one side and confident AI on the other.
One moment captured the room. The Prime Minister asked Tonka how she sees the role of humanoid robots in society. Tonka replied calmly and with a touch of humour, explaining that technology is here to support people, improve services and work alongside humans rather than replace them. The response drew smiles, laughter and genuine interest from everyone present.
A cross-border achievement
Part of what makes this moment so special for us is how it came together: through close cross-border collaboration between our Slovenian and Croatian teams. Different backgrounds and locations, united by a single platform and a shared belief that humanoid robots must be human-centric, practical and ready for the real world.
Tonka is already moving out of the lab and onto real stages, in public institutions, tourism and hospitality, and has now taken part in dialogue at the highest political level.
For us, the event confirms a conviction we have held from the start: that humanoid robotics in Europe is no longer a future concept, but something that is happening now.
