About
A team from Slovenia and Croatia, robots in six countries. We install them, teach them your work and stay with them long after they are running.
01 · The company
A customer stands in front of the shelf, looking, and the salesperson is at the other end of the floor. The robot takes the question and walks them to the shelf. For moments like that we deliver, install and maintain robots: humanoids that walk among people and talk with them, Lumen robots with an OLED display that move through the sales floor, delivery and service robots for hotels and restaurants, cleaning and disinfection machines, quadrupeds for surveying a site, and autonomous vehicles for warehouses.
We choose the machine by the job that needs doing, not from a catalogue. What we add is the software layer: the voice the robot speaks and listens with, a console that shows where it is and what it did today, and content we change on our side that reaches the robot the same day.
Lumen, our robot with an OLED display, carries our name and our software layer. With other machines we are the supplier and the service partner. We say it plainly, because the difference matters on the day something needs fixing.
Every robot we install stays connected to our platform after we drive away. When something is wrong, we see it, not you. Content changes remotely, with no visit to site. Voice and data are processed in the EU, and in our installation the robot does not recognise faces.
Robots are not all we do. Jože played a part in a theatre production with secondary school students in Slovenske Konjice, filmed the first Slovenian hidden camera featuring a robot with Franci Kek, and on 27 September runs a hundred metres at the Konjice Marathon before spending the day handing out information. We go to schools, conferences and trade fairs, because a robot is easiest to talk about when you are standing in front of one.
Where we have been

02 · Parent company
Our parent company Vandri is a software studio that builds AI software for companies.
Out of that come call centres that answer in Slovenian, Croatian and English at any hour, assistants that answer from a company’s own documents and say which one, automation for work that repeats, and talking avatars on screens.
