Cleaning and disinfection

Robots that sweep, vacuum, scrub and pick up water along a recorded route. They work at night or during opening hours, steer around people and return to their station on their own.

01 · For you

The robot cleans the large floors.Your team does what needs a hand.

Night cleaning is the most expensive hour on your roster. The cleaning robot takes it over: every evening it drives the same route, with the same pressure and the same amount of water, and by morning the report is in the console. Your team gets on with what a machine cannot do.

  1. 01

    No overtime

The machine works at night or during opening hours. For you it is a different schedule, not an extra shift.

  2. 02

    The same every day

The recorded route never gets shorter. What was cleaned yesterday is cleaned today.

  3. 03

Up to 15 hours on one battery

When sweeping with the C40. On the C55 the batteries swap in five seconds, so the machine never waits for a charge.

02 · Where it works

  1. Shop and shopping centre
    01

    Shop and shopping centre

Aisles and the entrance area, where dirt builds up fastest. The C40 runs before opening or during trading hours, slowly and along the side, and stops for shoppers.

    Retail

  2. Hotels and offices
    02

    Hotels and offices

Carpeted corridors, lobbies and offices. On carpet up to 10 millimetres the robot vacuums, on tiles it scrubs. It works in the evening, when the corridors are empty.

  3. Car parks, halls and large floors
    03

Car parks, halls and large floors

Open floors where coverage per hour is what counts. The C55 sweeps and scrubs in a single pass and crosses speed bumps up to 5 centimetres. Its batteries swap in five seconds, so the machine never waits for a charge.

04 · What this is

The same route, the same every day

We map the space once. The robot finds its way with a laser rangefinder and stereo cameras, to the centimetre, and from then on drives the same route every day, with the same pressure and the same amount of water. If someone stops it, it carries on where it left off.

We choose the size from the floor plan. For offices, hotel corridors and narrow aisles there is the C30, 49 centimetres wide. Shops and public buildings are covered by the C40, which sweeps, vacuums, dust-mops and scrubs in one machine. For car parks, halls and large sales floors there is the C55, which sweeps and scrubs in a single pass.

Installation is our job: mapping the route, the station, the lift connection and remote monitoring. You have one supplier for all of it.

05 · Why Cleaning and disinfection

  1. 01It sees before it touchesLaser rangefinder, stereo cameras, ultrasound and a bump sensor. The robot steers around a person, a pallet or a trolley and returns to its route.
  2. 02Four jobs, one machineThe C40 sweeps, vacuums, dust-mops and scrubs, and picks up the dirty water behind it. The mode is set by floor and by hour: carpet in the evening, tiles at night.
  3. 03A station instead of a bucketAt its station the C40 fills clean water, drains the dirty water, adds detergent and charges, all on its own. The station needs a fixed water connection and a floor drain.
  4. 04We look after the robotMonitoring, updates and repairs are handled by us. On your side there is the charging spot, access to water and the decision on when the robot runs.

Frequent questions

What has to be ready before installation?

A socket for the charging spot and aisles the robot can drive through. For the station that changes the water on its own, also a fixed water connection and a floor drain. The detergent has to be non-foaming. We map the space.

Does the robot replace a cleaner?

No. The robot takes over the large flat areas that take the most time. Edges, washrooms, desks and anything that needs a hand remain a person's job.

What if a pallet is standing on the route?

The robot detects the obstacle, drives around it and carries on. If the aisle is blocked, it skips that part of the route and notes it in the report, so you can see what was not cleaned.

Can the robot use the lift?

Keenon has a module that connects the robot to the lift. Whether your lift accepts it, we check on site, and we handle the wiring.
