Who looks after it?
We do. We watch the robot remotely, and if something stops working we get in touch first. You do not have to call anyone.

How does it know what we offer?
From you. We give it your offer and your opening hours, and you set the limits. It does not read prewritten answers, it answers the question it actually heard.

What if we have foreign guests?
The robot speaks the languages you choose at setup. How many are included is part of the package, and an extra language is an upgrade we arrange in a few days.
