01 · What changes for you

At peak hours the queue at the till forms in ten minutes, and questions about stock do not wait. Your salesperson is at the other end of the floor or behind the till, and cannot be in both places at once.

The robot takes over exactly those questions. It shows which aisle the product is in, says whether you have it in another size, and walks the customer to the shelf. On its screen it runs the promotions we change remotely, with no printing and no trip to the site.

For cleaning you can add a second model that takes over the floor after closing, so nobody has to come in an hour early. Most often we recommend the Lumen 55. A transparent display at eye level is noticed even in passing, and everything you would otherwise print goes on it. In narrower shops the Lumen 30 comes instead, and a service robot takes the carrying and tidying.

Conversation and content

Live conversation, on your script

A customer asks which aisle something is in, whether you have it in another colour and how long the promotion runs. The robot answers in their language, and when the question goes further it calls a salesperson. Where that line sits is something we agree with you.

Content changed remotely

The promotion starts today at eight? It can be on the screen at eight. Nothing to print, nobody driving a USB stick to the shop and nobody taping leaflets to the shelves, because the leaflet drives around by itself.

The space

Guiding to the product

It does not just point. It walks the customer to the shelf and waits until they pick the product up. If a trolley is blocking the aisle, it goes around.

Drives on its own, safely

Among shelves and people it drives slowly and gives way, even when someone steps right in front of it. No tape on the floor, no markers on the ceiling, no rebuilding of your shop.

Data and upkeep

It knows your whole catalogue

We load your entire catalogue into the robot, so it knows every product and not just the ones on promotion. If you also give us access to your stock, it gives the real number instead of a guess. It records which products customers ask for as it goes, so you can see what people ask about most.
