On the shop floor the robot guides the customer to the shelf, answers questions about stock and takes pressure off staff when there is a queue at the till. At night another model cleans the same floor, so the shop is ready in the morning without a night shift. For retail we usually propose the transparent Lumen screen and a service robot.
