DINERBOT T10

The DinerBot T10 is a service robot with a screen at eye level and a head that turns towards the person. With us it carries our software: it speaks, shows the offer and walks the shopper to the shelf. This is the model we install most often in retail and hospitality.

The robot stands 140 centimetres tall and puts the screen where a person is already looking. That is why people turn to it by themselves instead of walking past it like a box against the wall.

The narrowest passage it needs is 59 centimetres. We map the space during installation and from then on it drives on its own, at up to one metre per second.

02 · Where it works

  1. 01

    Sales floor

It answers a question about a product, shows the promotion and takes the shopper to the shelf instead of pointing.

    Retail

  2. 02

    Restaurant

It brings drinks and dishes to the table while the staff stay with the guests. The way back to the kitchen it handles alone.

    Hospitality and hotels

  3. 03

    Shopping centre

At the entrance it says where the shop the visitor is looking for is, and on which floor the event is.

  4. 04

    Offices

It receives the visitor, walks them to the meeting room and delivers documents around the floor on the way.

Category Service robots

  1. 01A screen at eye levelThe robot stands 140 centimetres tall and puts the screen where a person is already looking. That is why people turn to it by themselves instead of walking past it like a box against the wall.
  2. 02It drives between the shelvesThe narrowest passage it needs is 59 centimetres. We map the space during installation and from then on it drives on its own, at up to one metre per second.
  3. 03It carries up to 40 kilogramsThe trays under the screen take care of delivery: a drink to the table, an order from the stockroom, documents around the offices. The robot is therefore not just a screen on wheels.
  4. 04Your content is on the screenThe offer, the prices and the answers come from your data, not from general knowledge. We change the content remotely and the robot shows it the same day.
  5. 05It lasts a shiftUp to eight hours on one battery, then it returns to the charger by itself. For a longer day the charging is scheduled into the quiet periods you choose.

Works the whole opening time. When it gets quieter, it returns to the charging station by itself, and is back before you need it again. The robot complements your staff, it never replaces them.

Who it is for

Hospitality

Carrying between the kitchen and the table exactly when staff is thinnest.

Hotels and spas

Delivery to the room and a greeting in the reception area.

Retail

Moving goods across the shop floor between delivery and shelves.

Frequent questions

What has to be ready before installation?

A socket for the charging dock, access to the wireless network and passages at least 59 centimetres wide. We map the space, and we prepare the content together with you.

Does it stop if someone steps in front of it?

Yes. The robot detects obstacles as it drives, stops and goes around. If the passage stays blocked it waits and carries on once it is clear.

Who looks after the robot after installation?

We do. We see the state of the unit in the console and settle most things remotely. When a visit is needed we come.

Can the robot work on several floors?

The robot drives one floor. For several floors we arrange a link to the lift or a unit per floor; which makes sense we say after seeing the space.
