1 · What this site is

This site presents the company and the catalogue. It is not a shop and has no basket. Nothing on it is a binding offer in the contractual sense.

• Descriptions of robots and product categories.
• A description of our software layer and of how a deployment runs.
• A form with which you start the conversation.

2 · Prices and quotes

We publish no prices here, because deployments differ by a multiple. What is published is the structure of the cost, not a number.

Only a written quote sent to your address is binding, and only within the validity period stated in it.

• Every number arrives by email, as a rule within two working days.
• A price mentioned in conversation or on the phone is not a quote.
• A quote covers the scope described in it; changing the scope means a new quote.

3 · Content and rights

The text, photographs, design and code of this site are ours or our licensors’. Any use beyond the cases below needs our written permission.

• Media may use our photographs when reporting about us, crediting Vandri Robotics.
• Media and company logos are the marks of their owners and are used here to credit a source or a place of work.
• Robot names and manufacturer brands belong to their owners.

4 · Permitted and prohibited use

The site is meant for business visitors looking for information, and for the press.

• Permitted: reading, printing for your own use, sharing links, sending an enquiry.
• Prohibited: automated scraping for republication, attempts to break in or overload the site, submitting false information in the form.
• Prohibited: using our photographs and text to promote other suppliers.

5 · Product information

Catalogue specifications are taken from manufacturer data and can change without our knowledge. Where a figure is unverified, the page says the data is available on request; an invented value does not stand there.

For binding technical data, what counts is the quote and the machine documentation.

• Photographs are illustrative; the delivered machine may differ in detail.
• Model availability changes and is confirmed only in a quote.
• Conformity information for a machine is in the documentation you receive before handover.

6 · Limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and reachable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors.

This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and does not affect rights that cannot be excluded.

• We are not liable for decisions taken on the strength of this site alone; that is what a quote is for.
• We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or lost data.

7 · External links

The site links to third-party pages, for example press coverage and manufacturer sites. We have no influence over their content and are not liable for it.

• The operators of the linked pages are responsible for their content.
• If you find a link that leads somewhere it should not, write to us and we remove it.

8 · Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. A change applies from publication on this page onwards and does not affect contracts already signed.

• The date of the last change is at the top of the page.
• Continued use of the site after publication means you accept the change.

9 · Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Slovenian law. Contracts signed with the Croatian company are governed by the law agreed in that contract.

Disputes we cannot settle by agreement go to the competent court at the seat of the company.

• The site is aimed at business users; consumer provisions apply only where the law requires it.
• We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body.
