01 · What changes for you

Saturday afternoon. A visitor is looking for a shop that has moved to the third floor. The information desk is busy, or you no longer have one, so they ask the first member of staff they meet. That person works in their own shop and has not heard that the neighbours moved.

The robot stands where the people are and moves when the flow moves. It says where the shop is and takes the visitor to the entrance. They can ask in their own language, even when that is not a language your team speaks.

The screen is not only a floor plan. It carries advertising space you sell to your tenants, and we change the campaign remotely, by hour of the day or by part of the centre. A poster that moves among people gets noticed; the one on the wall is walked past.

We usually recommend a Lumen, because it is transparent and does not block the view of the shop windows behind it. As it works it keeps a record of how many people passed, where they stop and what they ask most often. Those are numbers you can show a tenant. Cleaning large floors is a separate decision; a different model takes it on if you go for it.

On a Saturday afternoon it drives slowly and gives way. No railings, no lines on the floor and no person walking behind it. When the battery runs low it goes to the dock by itself.
