Service robots
Robots that carry and guide. They bring an order to the table, documents around the floor or a box from the stockroom, and they walk a visitor to where they are going.
01 · For you
Your staff stay with the guest. The robot takes the walk.
Waiters, sales staff and receptionists spend most of their time walking: from the kitchen to the table, from the stockroom to the shelf, from reception to the meeting room. The service robot takes over that walk for the whole shift. People stay where they bring in revenue.

02 · Where it works
01Restaurant and hotel
It brings drinks and dishes to the table or an order to the room door, and handles the way back alone. The staff stay with the guests.
02Sales floor
It answers a question about a product, shows the promotion and takes the shopper to the shelf. In between it moves goods from the stockroom.
03Offices and reception
It receives the visitor, walks them to the meeting room and delivers post and documents around the floor on the way.

The steps nobody counts
In hospitality, retail and offices most of the time goes into walking: from the kitchen to the table, from the stockroom to the shelf, from reception to the meeting room. It is a route that repeats and that nobody counts, because it looks short.
A service robot takes that route over. We map the space during installation; from then on it drives itself, stops for people and returns to the charger. The staff stay where it matters, with the guest or the customer.
05 · Why Service robots
- 01It carries what a person wouldFrom twenty kilograms on trays to a hundred and twenty on a trolley. The payload is chosen by what is actually carried, not by what sounds better.
- 02It drives among peopleThe narrowest passage it needs starts at fifty-nine centimetres. It detects obstacles as it drives, goes around them and waits when the way is blocked.
- 03A screen that also speaksOn the models with a screen at eye level the robot does not only deliver, it answers too. The content and the answers come from your data, not from general knowledge.
- 04It lasts a shiftEight to twelve hours on one battery, then it returns to the charger by itself. Charging is scheduled into the quiet periods you choose.

Frequent questions
What has to be ready before installation?
A socket for the charging dock, access to the wireless network and passages wide enough for the chosen model. We map the space.
Does the robot work on several floors?
The robot drives one floor. For several floors we arrange a link to the lift or a unit per floor; which makes sense we say after seeing the space.
Who looks after the robot after installation?
We do. We see the state of the unit in the console and settle most things remotely. When a visit is needed we come.
