Lumen
A robot that drives up to a person by itself and speaks first. On the transparent OLED screen stands a life-size avatar that talks, listens and answers.
01 · For you
Advert, information point and conversation partner in one.
Lumen is a robot with a person-height transparent screen that drives itself through the space. The screen can show a speaking avatar or whatever content you need right now, while your space stays visible behind it. It stops in front of the visitor, answers, and returns to the charger on its own when the job is done.
- 01
Whatever you need on screen
A life-size avatar, a menu, a map of the space, an advert, an offer or a timetable. We prepare and swap the content remotely.
- 02
Visitors talk to it
They ask out loud or by touch. It answers in the visitor’s language, from your material, and calls a person when a question goes beyond its part.
- 03
It moves on its own
It drives up to the visitor, walks them to the shelf or the desk and returns to the charger. No floor markers, no rails.

02 · Where it works
01Sales floor
It stands at the entrance or beside a promotion island, shows the offer and walks the shopper to the shelf they are looking for.
02Lobby and reception
It receives the visitor when the desk is empty, tells them where to go and takes them there.
03Trade fair and event
On the stand it stops passers-by, answers questions about the product and carries the conversation while the team is busy.
04Public institution
At the entrance it explains which procedure happens where, in the visitor’s language, and takes pressure off the queue at the counter.

Other ways to use it
As a moving advertising screen. It takes the offer to where people are: to the entrance in the morning, to the tills in the afternoon, into the corridor during an event. The transparent screen shows the product while your goods stay visible behind it.
As a guide through the space. It shows a map, says where the department, shop or room is, and walks the visitor there.
As a receptionist or information point. It greets people, answers frequent questions and calls a person when a question goes beyond its part.
As part of an event. At a trade fair, an opening or a presentation it speaks to passers-by, presents the product and sends interested visitors to your team.
05 · Why Lumen
- 01Transparent, it keeps the space openThe image lights itself and black stays see-through. 43 percent of the light passes through the screen, so Lumen does not put up a wall in the middle of a lobby.
- 02An avatar that answersA life-size avatar moves its lips with the words and answers in the language of the question. Answers come from your material, not from general knowledge.
- 03No floor markersWe map the space once, at installation. From then on the robot picks its own route, steps aside for people and returns to the charger.
- 04Content without a print shopWe prepare a new offer, timetable or greeting and send it to the robot remotely. No printing and no site visit.
- 05We are responsible for the robotMonitoring, updates and repairs are on us. The decision where the robot works and what it says stays with you.

Frequent questions
Which size should we choose?
Distance decides. If people see the robot from far away and many visitors pass by, take the larger one. If the conversation happens up close and the space is narrow, take the smaller one. When we walk your space we say which one fits your floor plan better.
What has to be ready before installation?
A socket for the charging dock and access to the wireless network. We map the space, and we prepare the content together with you. No building work.
Who writes what the robot says?
We write the first version from your material and review it with you before launch. After launch we keep editing the content too: you send us the change, we prepare and publish it.
What happens if the robot stops?
We see the status of every unit in the console and fix most things remotely. When a visit is needed, we come.
