Platform · our layer, not a manufacturer feature
Our layer between you and the robot.
Every supplier in our markets imports the same robot. The difference is what runs on it and who holds it while it stands in your building.
01 — What this means for you
Three things you get that an importer cannot give.
- 01We see it even when it is silent
One page showing every robot: where it is, whether it is connected, how much battery it has and what it is doing.
- 02What it says, we change remotely
A new promotion, a new schedule or a new language is set from the office. Nobody drives to the site.
- 03You know in advance what it will do
Behaviour is written as a path with clear steps, not guessed by a model. That is exactly what procurement asks for.
Fleet console · Every robot on one page.

Why this matters
You know in advance what the robot will do.
- Nobody can say beforehand what it will tell a visitor.
- It cannot be documented for a procurement file.
- A change in one shop means re-testing everything.
- Every state and transition is drawn, named and versioned.
- The language model only fills a slot the flow has opened, from your catalogue.
- A new location is a copy of the flow with new settings.

What it does
Nine things a reseller cannot promise.
The left column is what we call it. The right column is what it means for the person who signs.
- 01Fleet consoleOne page showing every robot: where it is, whether it is connected, how much battery it has and what it is doing.
- 02An always-on channelThe robot is reachable even when nobody is talking to it. Patrol, telemetry and remote commands keep running.
- 03Flow editorAn operator draws the behaviour as a graph. A new site is configuration, not development, and nobody writes code.
- 04Voice stays in the EUSpeech recognition, the language model and synthesis all run in the EU. That is the condition that opens enterprise and public sector.
- 05Persona and voice to orderPersona, voice and languages are set per site.
- 06Knowledge of your rangeThe robot answers from your catalogue, not from memory. We read your list one way and never write back.
- 07Guidance to the product"Take me to cordless drills" and the robot takes you. A category is mapped to a point on the floor.
- 08Remote operationVideo and driving from the console. Most service happens without a trip to the site.
- 09One driver layer for every robotKeenon, Unitree, Temi and transparent screens sit behind the same interface. Changing robot does not mean a new project.
Remote operation · in practice
Change what it says on Tuesday. It says it on Tuesday.
A new promotion, a changed opening time, an extra language for the coach tour: your operator edits the flow, we see the same console. When a robot needs help, we drive it from Ljubljana. Service without a van has been the norm for every deployment in Slovenia and Croatia.
