Shopping centres

In a shopping centre the robot gives directions across floors, speaks the visitors' languages and carries advertising space that already sells. Lumen belongs here: a transparent screen that moves among people without blocking the view of the shops behind it. Cleaning large floors is taken over by another model, at night or during opening hours.
