Jože at the CIGRE Paris Session
At the joint stand of ELES, Operato, Kolektor Etra and EIMV, Jože welcomed visitors as host and presented the work of all four partners. Beneath the Eiffel Tower, he was joined by Tonka and Leo, a humanoid robot from Paris.
From 23 to 28 August 2026, the Palais des Congrès in Paris hosted the CIGRE Paris Session, the leading international event for power system professionals. Held every two years, it brings together around 9,000 participants from more than 100 countries.
From 24 to 27 August, our humanoid robot Jože was at the joint stand of Slovenian companies and institutions ELES, Operato, Kolektor Etra and Milan Vidmar Electric Power Research Institute (EIMV). He welcomed visitors as the stand’s host and presented the work of all four partners. We prepared a separate knowledge module for each of them, so he could answer questions about each company. He spoke with visitors in their own language and adapted the conversation to their interests. This is made possible by our Vandri AI platform, which supports communication in 60 languages.
In Paris, Jože was joined by Tonka from Vandri Robotics Hrvatska. Beneath the Eiffel Tower, the two of them met Leo, a humanoid robot from Paris. The meeting of three humanoid robots served as a preview of the Humanoid Species Summit, held on 21 October 2026 at the IMPULZ forum in Ljubljana.
Thank you to ELES, Operato, Kolektor Etra and EIMV for their trust.
